if you are going to do this make sure you talk to your doctor / pharmacist. some pills have different effects when crushed up

Had this problem until I was 15 I could never take pills I also had to take liquid stuff but I tuffed it out and took my first pill and now I can take 2-3 at a time but it has to be with soda or juice not water

I taught myself how to take pills by starting with fruit snacks and trying to swallow them like pills it actually helped a lot also tilt your head back for a regular pill and forward for a capsule pill these are just things that have helped me!!!
