Very nicely explained!!!! im currently a Supervisor for Risk adjustment/ VBC in a large multi specialty practice. ive been doing Risk Adjustment for 10 years. it has actually motivated me to become an AAPC approved Instructor and open my own academy to help the career path to CPC and then CRC. Value based care is what a lot of Insurance companies follow for risk adjustment. They want to pay for the condition and not every visit, ao its very important for Dr's to revalidate chronic conditions to ensure they receive proper payment to treat the patient for the conditions they have. 💕💕💕 if you or anyone ever had any questions happy to help!
