@korey_rowe: Stiffness isn't an age problem. It's a strength problem. 1. Stretching loosens a muscle. Strength training teaches your body to trust it. 2. When you build strength through a full range, your nervous system learns it can control that position, so it stops tightening up to protect you. Strength doesn't disappear because you get older. It disappears because it stops getting used. 3. Active older adults who strength train often move better than inactive people half their age. Your training decides how athletic you are, not your birthday. You don't have to accept stiffness as part of getting older. Build the strength and your body stops guarding against it. #motivation #mobility #Fitness #gym
