I’m guessing 11 are saying guilty 1st degree and that 1 is saying not guilty by reason of insanity. What’s the point in swapping out the 1 jouror. What would be the point, they obviously can’t come to a unanimous decision and that’s that. It’s not right that that one jouror is having to stand strong this long. They have shown that they stand firm on their decision whatever that is. It’s a mistrial.

I think this finishes tomorrow in a mistrial. Even though we are able to assume whats going on, we actually don’t know what’s going on. If they have not budged by now I dont forsee them changing their ruling. Unless dismissed I think mistrial is on the horizon.
