Now, she’s facing a charge after prosecutors say she filmed Clancy jurors leaving the courthouse. Light told CT Insider she was trying to record Clancy—not jurors—and lowered her phone once she realized Clancy was not in the shot. Prosecutors say troopers found video of jurors in her deleted files. Her attorney called it a “misunderstanding.” Light pleaded not guilty. A judge denied prosecutors’ $50,000 cash-bail request but ordered her to stay away from the court, jurors and witnesses. She is due back in court October 15. The Clancy jurors later said they were not impacted and resumed deliberations.
