Mix the water, yeast, and sugar, then add the flour, salt, and oil. Mix the dough, then coil fold multiple times. Cover and let rise for 2 hours or until doubled in size. 2. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a long rope and shape into a pretzel. 3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder. Place each pretzel in the boiling water for a few seconds, then remove and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 4. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse salt. 5.
