Me. Just me. :
This is how I am now before I get a transplant. I never was cold now because I’ve lost so much weight. I am always freezing and my daughter will come to my apartment and say Mom it’s 80 degrees outside. Turn your air on and then she turns it on and until she leaves, I have to sit here and freeze. She doesn’t understand that my body is different now, but I just sent her your little video and told her to stop. This is just one of those things that people need to understand.

Pre transplant I was FREEZING 🥶 all the time, layers of blankets and a space heater even in a 100+degree weather. Post transplant I’m not freezing anymore, I actually know when it’s hot and cold Lol. I hope you will get to having your normal body temperature soon 🙏💚🙏

I noticed my liver stopped regulating body temp after diagnosis. I was always cold. And still am now! I gotta watch myself now when I’m outside in the heat, cuz I’ll push myself since I don’t feel the heat or sweat either. But, being cold is better than hot! You can always add layers, but only take so many off before you get arrested in public. 😅

I have not had my surgery yet but will I’m sure. I’m cold now. I wear hoodies in heat waves. I’m terrified to think how it will be after 😬🥶
