I genuinely loved this scene, it was really funny but also acknowledging, may parents wedding theme was Pepe and Penelope themed, obviously didn’t age well (I also always questioned it 😭), and even they thought it was a well done scene!!!

first of all thank you for including Pepe in the movie at all but second of all why did you have to do my favorite character so dirty part of me is angry at that but part of me is so glad he's being acknowledged at all wrong kind of acknowledgment but at least my favorite got some screen time.

he's always been a favorite, because I can fully separate a cartoon from reality. personally I understand where people are coming from but the reason I always enjoyed those shorts has nothing to do with the chasing and the kisses and the consistent lack of consent I never thought them the most hilarious, personally the big reason I love Pepe so much is not only is a skunk one of my favorite animals, but I quite like the odd occasion where he isn't actually chasing Penelope if you guys actually paid attention there's a really good short that he's in that involves none of that unfortunately I do not remember the name of the short off the top of my head but it is really good. while I understand why people would consider it a red flag to enjoy Pepe I consider it more of a red flag that people can't understand or realize that it's just a cartoon and none of it's real or that they really think that the cartoon is going to make a kid or someone want to do any of that it's not.
