They are so obvious, but TikTok doesn’t care. Always “no violation“ even though they are clearly scammers.

Always Google the address - Zillow or apartment finders are good websites - in the last 3 days there’s been a lot of rental ads with real low rent prices listed - I checked the addresses - several houses were listed for sale and the others were listed for rent at higher prices
