You tell them we’re gonna have a sleep over adventure. I grew up sleeping in a car at some points. I will tell you It made me a better person made me a better mother, made me appreciate adventure. In any situation I can figure It out. You are not failing them. Trust me we would rather be with mom in the car vs somewhere else!

There was a lady Samantha who slept in campgrounds and made TikTok's cooking dinner there every night for herself and her son. This supported her until she was able to get an apartment. I hope better days are coming for you and your babies

I’m so sorry. I am in the same exact situation and it is so rough. Lost my job a few weeks ago and thank god I start a new one on Monday and the company also has the daily pay feature but have absolutely no idea how I’m going to come up with the $60/night until then. Applied for food stamps and am still waiting for that. My only form of transportation broke 2 days after losing my job so have been using the city bus. When it rains it pours. I used the last few slices of bread earlier to make the girls some Pb&j sandwhiches for dinner but have no idea what to do for breakfast. It’s so crazy how fast things can change. I never thought I would be in such a crappy situation but it can only get better from here ❤️
