Some years ago, one of my coworkers went to see a Broadway show, and then came in my job at about 9pm to say she loved the show..and I asked “why are you here, then”…She didn’t know what an Intermission was, and thought The Act one finale was the end..,not kidding…

Christopher Duran’s “Sex and Longing”. Saw it on Broadway with Sigourney Weaver and it was so bad, it’s the only play/musical I have ever walk out during intermission.

The new production of Oklahoma. It was the touring show. It’s now become a running joke with my mom that when we see shows (even if it’s not our favorite) we say “at least it wasn’t Oklahoma”.

Chicago! Saw it in the early 2000s. I could see the actors screwing around in the wings and they almost dropped velma kelley in the opening number. Stayed for the cellophane number which was worth it, but yeah what a let down.
