For all confused, the juror has admitted they believe there is reasonable doubt. As far as legal procedure goes, if a juror finds reasonable doubt, they MUST vote not guilty (or the equivalent in this case). This juror is refusing to do so. Wants her charged fully despite finding doubt within the case. This is why it is being taken seriously, it is not just a case of 1 juror believing differently to the others.
