@realitydistortionsy: 🚨 LINDSAY CLANCY TRIAL — DAY 6 OF JURY DELIBERATIONS Today brought one of the most tense developments yet. After more than 35 hours of deliberations across six days, the jury foreperson alerted Judge William Sullivan to an issue involving one juror who was allegedly not following the court’s instructions regarding reasonable doubt. Judge Sullivan questioned the jurors and again clarified the law on reasonable doubt. Lindsay’s attorney, Kevin Reddington, then asked the judge to remove the juror, arguing that the person was refusing to follow the court’s instructions. The judge declined to remove the juror and sent the jury back to continue deliberating. ⚠️ REALITY DISTORTION CHECK: We do NOT know how that juror is voting. We cannot assume this is 11–1 for guilty, not guilty, or lack of criminal responsibility. What we know is that the foreperson raised a concern about one juror’s application of the reasonable-doubt instruction.
