I do think she already shook him, but THIS isn't shaking...baby shaken syndrome happens when a baby is AGGRESSIVELY shaken. that's what makes it so disturbing is it doesn't happen from a small wiggle or shake from you jumping or walking fast. you'd have to actually shake the fck out of them to cause that kind of brain damage.
