Is it possible to contact the actual homeowner, not just the property management company? Can you press them not to renew his lease, since he's a danger. Homeowner's can sometimes be held liable if they know about a renter's violent behavior. I'd be sure they know that!!!

take them both to court & sue for everything they have. you can also request a court ordered psychiatric eval & drug testing done on him during the proceedings. the likelihood of it being granted is pretty good with the evidence you have.

Skip the cops and file a motion for contempt of the restraining order, tell the judge that the cops have not been helpful in enforcement and that you need a court order that explicitly mentions police enforcement of the order
