Not my favorite Jackson performance, I think he might be better in Jackie Brown or one of a handful of possible Spike Lee films than PF. Keitel in BL is an elite pick

U were spot on with tombstone. I liked it, didn’t love it and it’s only because of his performance

If you haven’t seen Certain Women I recommend it. I think Lily Gladstone is more interesting than in KOTFM. Whether you deem it better would be a fun conversation, but I think she’s the stand out of that film, where she’s supporting in KOTFM. Both great performances, but if I had to choose I’d pick Certain Women.

Val Kilmers Best is Tombstone 100% agree. Agree with Nicolas Cage for Face/Off & Leaving Las Vegas is a good shout too.

He says performances “in movies of all time” but im confused cuz then its sounding like a ranking of actor performances of their careers.

Face Off? Hell no. Adaptation? Yes. The only correct choice is Leaving Las Vegas though.

to say that Val Kilmer's performance in Heat is forgettable is outrageous, I almost think his performance outshines Al Pacino and De Niro,
