One of the most scenic wineries we visited in Portugal 🇵🇹🍷 H.O. Wines in the Douro Valley was one of those stops that ended up being so much more special than we expected. They were kind enough to fit our family in for a private tasting and tour (they usually require reservations), and I loved how welcoming they were to our son. They even gave him crayons to keep him entertained while we enjoyed the experience. Between the incredible vineyard views, the wine, and the personal experience, this was easily one of my favorite stops in the Douro. And honestly, traveling with kids doesn’t mean you have to skip the wine country.
