I’ve struggled with this for the last,, shit, idk when I didn’t struggle with it. Even with meds, it helps make it tolerable. Talking about it, being real about it, can help keep people here. But I hope you seeing everyone here in the comments, everyone cheering you on, helps you feel that there is silver lining in all the ick going on in your head. Cause that isn’t you- it’s just an imbalance of chemicals. You’re worth every single 5 extra minutes dude. 🤟🫶
