💀as Chinese yes we have ppl constantly maintain public space's, but littering is still bad 💀 our civilians really shouldn't do that. The sanitation workers aren't paid well and look down. That is something I hope our ppl could improved on

The fact that the elderly and children are treated and cared for as one of the most vulnerable members of society. Things are made with citizens in mind. Spending time on Rednote and talking to hundreds of people have opened my eyes to what comfort of thought, life, and my interest and hobbies could be under communism. Hearing you validated it with that lived experience adds just so much more to what makes this all worth it. I am a communist because I want everyone’s life to have the chance to live that life.

Malls being dead is actually mostly just a US thing it's not even really a thing in Canada where even small Cities still have multiple Malls, mostly because Canadian malls consistently have attached Grocery stores and Bus terminals, for example Square One in Mississauga and the West Edmonton Mall are doing great right now but even smaller Malls like Conestoga in Kitchener-Waterloo, now part of that is more that they have a lot less competition and they usually have huge Apartment complexes around them and also Public Transit because people in Canada ride the Bus

i noticed the same in iceland - specifically with crime. i only saw a singular cop my entire week in iceland and he was helping someone park. it was completely safe. i felt completely safe and calm while in america i have severe anxiety and agoraphobia.

I pass Houston police officers daily on my way to work and I literally avoid eye contact. The police are feared here...and I'm a white woman. I can't imagine being a black male trying to just live life here. Sad.
