Ritalin doom is scary. I switched to lower doses on Concerta and the doom is gone.

💩💯💀💯💩 :
ritalin/concerta is so weird for me. Like i take the med and dont really feel a change, its like i propably can focus a bit more but nothing much. Then i upped the dose and i just got cold legs, high hearthbeats and trouble breathing. Should i maybe try to change the meds to something else🤔
