Assuming rocket’s mass is negligible it’s 30 seconds because acceleration is inversely proportional to the mass and at half the time it would have 2/4 of its starting mass

15s Iam hopefull you pin the correct answer but if rocket is accelerating at a constant rate it converts that fuel to acceleration so by the time fuel burns to 1/4 of the initial fuel it has converted that into acceleration while mass was reduced by 1/4 so by the 15s mark i think it would be halfed
