Everytime he planted evidence he’s guilty of possession with intent to deliver. Plus ten years for acting under the color of law. Plus every person that was locked up because his actions should be civilly compensated, and their charges removed.

he was planting drugs that can put you in prison for 25 years. they found out that 20 cases that he was a part of . those people that got put in prison for meth and other drugs got released . he is searving i believe a long time in prison
