Was stuck at the trex little arms. “I have a big head and little arms. I’m not sure how well this plan was thought through”

Oh man. My husband has been saying this for years!! 😂😂 That the trex was a bird and dragons are real. He literally just overheard your video and said “see I’m not the only one who thinks that” 😂😂😂

The T-Rex was 100% a dragon and they just put his Wing Bones on the front to make it look like he couldn't fly.

agree! I was just talking with my teen age daughter about this. Dragons makes more sense and we have supporting evidence of them. Dinosaurs are a relatively new thing brought main steam during the petroleum push. I believe they just renamed them to hide our true past and support the new narrative.

Oh, my husband has been calling my sleeping position my Dino arms for YEARS! Oh and the current prevailing thought is now that birds evolved from dinosaurs and that they are our modern dinosaurs

I absolutely love you. But it’s funny that you said this about dinosaurs and dragons because I have been studying a lot of theories by religious people who believe that what we call a dinosaur was actually a dragon which is stated in the Bible.

100% trex is where we get dragons. Dragon its the only "mystical" chinese zodiac, but in all reality they were real.

Totally making sense, I wondered why the whale when I saw it at museum the other day, they looked like hands. T-Rex with wings makes sense. Why haven’t we thought of this before?

Your arms haven't been above your head in years and you never noticed it happening. You just stopped reaching, moved everything to the lower shelf, and called it being organised. At 53 I hung from a bar for two minutes a day, every day, for a month. Twenty seconds at a time, feet on the floor whenever I needed them. Here's what most people never connect — it's not laziness that stops us. It's energy. After 50 your body starts making less of something called NAD — the fuel your body runs on. When it runs low you feel it in everything — your motivation, your grip, your recovery, your ability to keep showing up. That's why I take Liposomal NAD every single morning. Just giving my body back what it stopped making enough of on its own. 🧬 Seven things I noticed change: 💍 1. My hands felt less puffy — the rings came off easier 👉 2. My hands started looking different — veins I hadn't seen in years came back 🧍‍♀️ 3. Standing tall felt more natural — my shoulders finally opened up 🫙 4. Jar lids stopped being such a battle — my grip quietly got stronger 🛏️ 5. My back felt better in the mornings — that daily stretch was everything 🦶 6. I learned my feet can stay on the floor — no full bodyweight needed to start 🙋‍♀️ 7. Reaching overhead stopped feeling foreign — the top shelf is mine again Healthy aging isn't one huge change. It's the small things you keep doing every day. 💛 Click the link in my bio to grab exactly what I use and swear by 💛 Follow me first so it doesn't get lost! *I'm not a doctor, I'm just your average 53 year old. Just sharing what personally worked for me.* Move more. Live fully. Age fearlessly. 💛 #womenover50 #NAD #fitover50 #healthyaging #USA🇺🇸
