I absolutely love that he appreciated the positive things TJM offered when... he certainly didn't have to. no one expected him to. it reminds me of the philosophy in "The Speaker for the Dead"-- the idea that we should recognize and remember the totality of a human, not just certain aspects.

Erlich Bachman is one of my favorite characters in all of television. Just so incredibly funny. It would be really cool if TJ could get himself back together completely and have some kind of redemption. Because I really want to like him, but he just seems so terrible.
