Its a Pete, there should be a relay behind the left dash panel. Try to find it and jump across it to see if you get power in the cab. Also, if you just need it out of the field, run the manual screw in on the fuel pump and jump across the starter. You'll have to back the screw out again to shut it off.

If your batteries are tied into positive to ground in that sequence you have a 24 volt system and seeing as how you have 4 batteries good bet its 24 volt set up, look at the stamp on the starter, it will say on the plate 24 or 12v if it's 12 I can tell you what to do next,

Does it click at all when you turn the key? Could just be a bad starter solenoid. Sometimes they are mounted on the firewall, could jump that to see if starts.

Look at your alternator and see if it says 12 or 24. Looking at your picture, you don't have all the negative nuts on the battery cables. Make sure you have it wired correctly to the starter. The positive to positive is a sign that you have 12 V, but you have 2 separate sets of 12 V batteries, which still could make it 24. Simply put your remote wire to the starter solenoid with it out of gear, standing away from it or up Incab remotely engaged to starter bypass the switch. If it cranks over what's in your switch or solenoid, going to the starter either.\n Way, it's a diesel cut, The switch on remotely. Jump the starter. Then move The truck Where you want it work on it later
