@janustiu: I’ve been building Skills for Claude, Codex, and even Figma Agent for the past couple of months - both for my design work and everyday workflows. But I’ve realized that many people still aren’t sure when they should build a Skill or what kinds of workflows are actually suitable for one. Based on Anthropic’s guidance and my own experience, here are three signs it’s time to stop rewriting the same prompt and turn it into a Skill instead: 1. The workflow is repeatable 2. You reuse the same assets or context 3. You know what a bad output looks like If you keep giving AI the same instructions over and over, your prompt might be ready to become a Skill.
