It's mostly the hyungline but Army always frames it as bts as a whole. My ult is in the maknae line, it just feels sad that RM is the one constantly standing up and taking accountability but the group gets the credit for apologizing when it's just been RM, Yoongi, or Jin standing up all this time. It's like the members that aren't as attractive or popular are the only ones ever held accountable or expected to do something about it. You can argue "He's the leader" but he shouldn't be the one always getting the shit when most of them contributed to what led to RM getting majority of the heat. I don't hate the other members and I'm not hyungline biased. They're all very caring to one another. I'm just disappointed in both the members that never speak up and the fans blatant favoritism. So many are so quick to throw RM under the bus every time when he's the main one showing he reflects on every little thing and strives to be better. — Its like how some people wouldnt kick a pug or a mutt but they'd definitely give more treats to a pomeranian. I know there are a lot of solo stans but some of these OT7 dont feel like OT7. Atp we as fans might need to be the ones who need to reflect. Even if I'm disappointed, I'm not blaming the members. They got front row seats to RMs depression and saw that even if you take accountability, people won't stop pointing fingers or will double down on what they did wrong. Fan culture as a whole needs to mature.
