Why is Crypto Pumping Today? 🚀 Whitehouse Fed WAR Escalates! 🔥 September 4th, 2026: Everyone’s asking me why IS crypto pumping today and there’s a whole lot of very interesting news happening especially around the Fed. And yeah, it IS true that the XRP ledger was mentioned by the Bank for International Settlements over 60 times throughout its September working paper - but that’s another video and not the reason! So check this Fed Governor Waller just said that if disinflation keeps going, he’ll support holding Fed rates steady this month. This is huge because no rate hike means no new pressure hopefully incoming - and that normally means crypto catches the wave first. Rate hike odds had spiked as high as 60% on Kalshi, then dropped fast down to 44% in one day. News like this puts crypto in a bullish environment, especially with the treasury buying back 12.5 billion of its own bonds as well. But here’s what really makes this story REALLY interesting. The Whitehouse is putting the fed under a tremendous amount of heat to cut rates and it’s starting to have an effect. Trump just publicly stated that America should have the lowest rates in the world - and then we also just had vice president JD Vance calling for lower rates on a White House podium. Remember, Trump nominated the new Fed Chairman Warsh specifically for this but instead he gave a hawkish speech at Jackson Hole last week and openly floated raising rates. Watch how Trump’s actually handling the heat though. He’s not attacking Warsh directly. He’s blaming the board and politics. We’re seeing Trump playing chess by publicly protecting a guy who’s defying him, while quietly building big pressure around him instead. That’s a whole lot different than what he did with the former Fed Chair Powell. It’s gonna be funny to see how long Trump’s patience actually lasts with Warsh if he keeps failing to cut rates. So in summary you’ve got Trump and Vance pushing from the outside. Warsh holding hawkish from the inside. And his own governor Waller breaking rank this week. That’s three indirect crypto signals in the same week all happening with that crucial clarity act vote coming up in less than two weeks.
