Such a great week of baking and an even lovelier weekend seeing new and returning customers at PHE COFFEE POPUP ☺️✨. A nurse who worked a full night shift, drove from Minneapolis to StPaul in the morning to come see me before she went home to Richfield to rest 🥹. I’m so glad she loved them because that would’ve made me feel so bad ! Others mentioning they traveled from across the way to try my macarons out, picking up full boxes of macarons to share with your loved ones … Again and again, you guys MAKE ME FEEL SO SPECIAL ❤️. Thank you so so much 🙏. I just have one last POPUP this month. Next Saturday, I’ll be at Easy Day Cafe 9:30am to noon. Menu dropping tmrw ! We have rescheduled Wishi Co for a future date. So look out for me there again soon 😌. Umm so I lied to two customers who wanted to order red velvet for their weddings 🥺. I said I’ve made them before SURE I CAN ACCOMMODATE the flavor for their special day without ever tasting a great red velvet cake myself nor baking red velvet cake ever 😩. I made it once for a taste testing two weeks ago and the first bride loved it !!! Thankfully OMG. Just in time for me to use the same recipe with my little tweaks for these wedding cakes. I can breathe again 🤭. Thank you @chasityyangg for entrusting me with this amazing order on your wedding day 👰🏻‍♀️💍!! Thank you @inetagrand for also entrusting me in making your baby’s first Bee-Day cakes 🐝🍯🍰🥰. Thank you again @aliciaaav for making Channy’s Bakery apart of another event with your family and friends 🥹!!! Thank you @phecoffeehouse for having me !!!
