disclaimer: me no plumber. me only have Sink of Harming™️at home.
1. stuff in drain? take stuff out of drain.
2. no stuff feel in drain? stuff may be in BACK of drain. I use toilet plunger (new). bad for pipe. dont care.
3. plunger no work? pipes metal/not plastic? boiling water in drain best as possible. funnel it if possible.
4. pipe plastic? snake. know you already used snake, but use snake Plus Ultra and get a workout.
5. snake no work? take lower pipe out of sink. make sure have bucket to catch water rapidly coming down drain. check see if anything in pipe. stick snake down other end of connected pipe to see if anything in that part.
6. nothing in pipe and water fell put? weird pressure/septic issue. no know how fix. big maintenance man time.

I have a sink plunger- it’s not my place- they were bad managers- don’t fix, I will not pay for a fix if they want to keep my place a fire hazard. Don’t come for me

If you have a garbage disposal, run it, if it’s not working there is a little red hole on the underside that fits an Allen key and you turn it until it unbinds

So I don’t always recommend sticking your hand down a drain, and as a eczema girlie I never do, so if you have a snake (the tool) or a metal hanger you dont mind losing stick it on down there and start using it like you’re unclogging a toilet! They also double for if your toilet is clogged and the plunger isnt working or if your shower has too much hair build up in the drain! Hope this helps you out 🤍

If that doesn't work, remove the P-trap and check for obstruction but make sure and put a container underneath to catch the water.

Check the drain either with a snake if you have or a chopstick or smth, if that doesnt help at all youre prob gonna need to clean the p trap (the bottom bit of the pipe under the sink shaped like a u. Make sure you have a bucket underneath before unscrewing anything. Unscrew the one higher first and then the lower, its fine if the pipe falls in the bucket dw. That should drain most of the water; if not use the chopstick/drain snake to finish clearing the pipe. Dump the water in the toilet or down the tub drain. You can run a clumped up paper towel through the pipe that you still need to attach just to make sure you got rid of all the debris. Just screw the pipe back on and make sure its tight enough to not cause a leak and that should fix the issue :)

Most likely you have something clogged in the pipe. If you have tried all of the draino stuff, you will have to take apart the pipe like other comments have said. So you’ll have to get a bucket to put underneath the sink.

If you have a shop vac, use it to grab all the liquid. Once it’s all gone check to see if it’s clogged onto, remove the debris you see. Then check the ptrap under the sink. You’ll need a bucket and wrench

Take the trap off and clean it out. It’s very simple. Just make sure you don’t cross thread it when you put it back on or it will leak.

Bail the water out. Get a bucket. Remove the P-trap. Clear out the P-trap. Replace P-trap. Run water. Should be cleared.

First try: Pour a pot of boiling water in sink.
.
Second try: Use a wet vacuum to try to pull the clog back up.
.
Third try: Remove P-trap (remember to have a bucket under it... that water in the sink is going to have to go somewhere.) Use that wet vacuum on the pipe going into the wall.
.
Fourth try: Call a plumber. It'll have to be snaked, but if you don't know how to guide a snake around corners you're just hoping to get lucky.
