If her friend didn't know she would die how can he be charged? I mean... she is the one that jumped. He didn't push her. He recorded it probably cause she told him to. He also probably didn't realize she was dead right away either

2 feel under water was bolders could not see i burnt my foot om my cigarette and jumped further than I was going to broken 4 ribs 18 stitch s my friend had to sew up to keep me from bleeding to death on a river bank I had a medical kit in my car

people jump off the huntington beach pier and dont realize the sandbars shift with the tide and the current and they think its deep everywhere but its not and they dive or go headfirst and snap their neck on the bottom or break their back and i knew people in my class at los amigos and kids from around there who died that way or got paralyzed and youd hear about it every summer when school started back up and somebody wasnt there anymore because they took a bad jump off the pier and it happened to kids who grew up right there too not just visitors because the sand moves around and what was deep last week is shallow this week and they never put up real warnings or maybe they did but nobody paid attention and its one of those things everybody knows but people still do it anyway and thats why you never jump without checking first because that water changes and itll kill you before you even know what happened😁

It is mentioned here how deep the water is, but how she fell in like a plank, which means she didn't even reach the bottom. It's possible she got scared in flight and her heart stopped during the fall.
