The xring was created in order for xiaomi to be more independent and have the freedom to actually polish the integration across its ecosystem and easier for them to costumise, just like APPLE. Also the Xring does not match Huawei's SoC philosophy, Kirin does not aim for benchmark, if Huawei had the capability of manufacturing it's own chips in parallel to tsmc's current technologies it would still not compete with Snapdragon, Huawei loves experimenting and reinventing existing tech so while other competitors are chasing benchmarks and raw power, Huawei is leaning towards System Intelligence that's why the US is threatened apart from its political inclination, Kirin 970, (2017) first to include a dedicated NPU for AI task while others were relying on CPU, GPU and CP, Kirin 980 (2018) first to use tsmc's 5NM prosses, Kirin 990(2019) first to integrate 5g tech directly to the SoC while others were relying on a separate 5g modem attachment, Kirin 9000 another first to use tsmc's 5nm process notice that before the ban they were always the first to try tsmc's latest process, if they were never banned my prediction is kirin would be leaning towards refining their direct AI integration to their chips rather than an add on option, Extreme integration refinement across its entire ecosystem, Communications (Huawei was a telecommunications especialist first), efficiency over raw power, and ISP Superiority.
And your question remains, if the xring was placed on a Huawei smartphone yes it will possess that benchmark but it will not serve Huawei's tech philosophy.
