I don’t really care about garnish (or if some ingredients are substituted) as long as it still tastes good. That being said, even if I DID care, we’re talking about a couple of sprinkles. I could MAYBE understand if more of the garnish/important parts of the garnish was missing.

tbf if someone is only there to order something for the way it looks I can understand. it would be like if you ordered one of those drinks with the big smoky bubble on top and it came with no big smokey bubble you would be upset. she clearly stated she wanted it to look perfect.
