🚨 UPDATE 5PM 7/28/25: STILL ALIVE AND NOW NEEDS OUT BY 7/29/25 2PM OTHERWISE WILL BE EUTHANIZED! 💔 🚨 NOIR IS SCHEDULED FOR EUTHANASIA TODAY — July 29 at 2 PM. Kennel D88 🐾 ID: #A821001 | 2-Year-Old Black Lab/Shepherd Mix 🆘 Rescue Only Noir is running out of time. Today at 2 PM, he’s scheduled to be euthanized — labeled “dog aggressive” after a fight with his kennel mate. But here’s the truth: I met Noir. I saw him. During my visit, it was Noir who stayed at the back of the kennel, withdrawn and scared, while his brother confidently approached the front. Out of the two, Noir seemed more unsure and more uncomfortable being near his sibling. It’s hard to believe he was the aggressor but that’s what they shelter states they saw. Yes, there were minor wounds. But both dogs had injuries before they were impounded. And in this stressful shelter environment — especially after being picked up as strays and enduring fireworks — dogs act out of fear, not malice. Noir has also been treated for coughing and anxiety. He isn’t dangerous. He’s overwhelmed. And now he’s at risk of losing his life for behavior that may not even be his fault. Noir needs a rescue that can give him a chance to decompress, heal, and be evaluated fairly outside of this chaotic setting. Please don’t let this be the end for him. Noir has just hours left. ______ 🕘 Hours: • Mon–Tue, Thu–Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Sat–Sun: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
