@nickvavitis: RECIPE BELOW 👇🏼 COOKIE SKILLET @CHOCLT COOKIE PIE MIX 80G BUTTER (softened) 2 EGG YOLKS Filling / topping Biscoff spread (if you don’t like cheesecake) Biscoff ice cream Biscoff biscuits 1. Prepare Choclt cookie pie mix as instructed 2. Using a cast iron skillet spread 100g of cookie mix out and create a bowl inside 3. Add 90g spread into centre of cookie bowl 4. With another 100g dough create a lid 5. Top with biscuits 6. Pre heat oven to 190 degrees and cook for 12 mins 7. Let cookie pie rest for 5 mins then top with ice cream and pour spread on top. 8. Enjoy!
