it's funny but going through Buddhism, Hinduism and then trying spirituality I realize life is exactly what it is , the only thing we can control is ourselves and leaving reality to find answers just ended me back in the same position I've always been in only with a little more knowledge. my ego actually did not want to let go of everything I had been working on, even now I find my ego not wanting to do things for people from the heart bc of fear of being abused or taken advantage of
