I don’t see how that is fair. For the applicants that applied in February 2026. How would we have known that the Md119 would have came into effect in July. So now where just stuck without any other options

Hold on... If I applying for travel visa, can I submit 482 onshore while in Travel visa? Am I able to transition to bridging visa after my Travel Visa has ended?

So if I’m a British citizen and can come to Australia with a tourist visa , I can apply for 482 onshore, and go back to uk and wait for approval? Or I have to stay in Australia for approval? Pls can you explain thanks
