This physical reception took place to ensure that the equipment had been delivered correctly, completely, and without any shipping damage. The main steps were: Document verification (before starting the physical reception): Recheck the Packing List, Datasheet, GA Drawing and shipping documents. This step is particularly important if you have been working on several projects simultaneously. Packaging inspection: Look for damaged crates, impacts. Take photos before opening if damage is suspected. Unpacking and visual inspection: Inspect the equipment for cracks, deformation, paint damage and surface damage. Equipment identification: You need to verify the Tag Number, Serial Number, Model, Manufacturer and Nameplate of each pump and driver in accordance with the approved documents. Accessories and spare parts verification: You need to confirm that all instruments and spare parts components are received in accordance with the approved packaging list. Dimensional inspection: You need to check nozzle orientations with the approved GA drawing and detailed drawings. Preservation and storage check: Verify protective covers, lubrication and compliance with the vendor's storage specifications and requirements.
