if you honestly take a step back and even just look at the prosecutions opening statement Vs closing they created reasonable doubt about the timeline and the bands being tied. They couldn't even keep a clear narrative, therefore there is reasonable doubt

Good video, but slightly wrong. Someone opting for NG doesn’t itself mean they understand the concept or the practical application of reasonable doubt. Their choice of NG could be for entirely unreasonable means, which is why the judge provided a neutral direction to the jurors.

You've explained this perfectly. Eleven think she's in the not- guilty category (we can't know which option though, as you say). One is refusing to see it, and wants her found guilty. And it sounds like that one person has made up their mind and doesn't want to follow the law regarding reasonable doubt.

psychiatry is not an exact science. There will ALWAYS be doubt! Was very easy to prove through the medical professionals from the prosecution and the defence that it's reasonable doubt. The prosecution wasted their time.

They should absolutely remove that 1 person, because it’s clear by the way the for person note , that the person already admitted to having some sort of doubts, but refuses to follow the law. That’s extremely selfish and in my opinion this person must be a plant!

I thought that problem juror admitted there was reasonable doubt but voted against the unanimous decision anyway. That juror needs to be replaced.
