@terianxio: I feel like people compare the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream and 147 Barrier Cream like you have to pick one, but they actually serve two different purposes in my skincare routine 😭 The 345 Relief Cream is the one I reach for when my skin is feeling irritated, breaking out, looking red, or just needs something lightweight and soothing. The 147 Barrier Cream is richer and more nourishing, so I love it when my skin feels dry, dehydrated, or like my skin barrier needs extra support. Basically: 345 = soothe + calm ✨ 147 = nourish + support the barrier 🫶🏼 And depending on how my skin is acting, I’ll even use the Dr. Althea 345 and 147 together.
