People make mistakes and if you only have 2 care staff on nights to 4 on days you can check a resident at 6am and they are clean and dry and by 7am they can be wet and soiled it’s 24 hour care I’d never squeal

ive done 1 year in care that was enough for me this will always happen day staff against night staff working in care is the worst job ever back stabbing bitchyness all the managers are vile nasty people nice to your face but they will stab you in the back to other care staff a very high turn over of staff lazy staff i dont know how people work in care

They just reported one of my colleagues for sleeping on duty from 2-6. How possible? This same colleague of mine did repositioning around 4 and still do her hr checks. But surprisingly she wasn’t asked. She was told to stop, and deducted 3hrs from her shift.
