Reading the comments, I havent seen a single person point out the actual flaw of the T-64. The real issue was its lightweight suspension with thin, unrubberized road wheels and fragile torsion bars. It was fine for the 60s, but it completely hit a modification ceiling because the suspension couldnt handle heavy armor packages or modern engines without breaking. Thats why it didnt scale like the T-72.

You are editing the same tank that had horrible gun depression/elevation, had a bad reverse speed, and had an auto loader which arguably made it harder for the crew to work, and it made the ammo rack way easier to hit.
