Юсуп пришёл из садика — через пару часов температура под 39, глаза красные, конъюнктивит, щека опухла. Я уже мысленно поставила диагноз — корь. Паника. Страх. Просто трясло. Он ещё жалуется на зуб — едем к стоматологу. Оказалось, воспалена десна. Ночь — температура не падает. И вдруг начинается сыпь… Живот, спина, руки, лицо — всё тело покрывается точками. Скорая. Диагноз — ветрянка. И знаете, что самое странное? Я выдохнула.Потому что лучше сейчас, чем потом, во взрослом возрасте. Юсупу 4 года. И да, я делаю то, за что меня сейчас захейтят —я кладу рядом Аишу и Медину, чтобы они тоже переболели. Потому что через несколько дней у нас вылет во Вьетнам.И если это начнётся в самолёте… я просто не переживу.Я боюсь не самой ветрянки.Я боюсь температуры.Потому что однажды у нас уже были судороги.Но, как бы ни было страшно…на всё воля Всевышнего. And you know what’s the strangest part? I felt relieved. Because it’s better to go through it now than later in adulthood. Yusup is 4 years old. And yes… I’m doing something many people will judge me for — I’m letting Aisha and Medina stay close to him so they get infected too. Because we have a trip to Vietnam in just a few days. And if this starts on the plane… I won’t be able to handle it. I’m not afraid of chickenpox itself. I’m afraid of the fever. Because once before, we had a seizure due to high temperature. But no matter how scary it is… everything is in God’s hands. We’ll see how this all ends.
