Govt tried, it's Nigerians that's the problem. FG projected that price of food stuff should drop and they gave instructions to the market not to sell rice above 25k per bag . Farmers agreed, the market rejected the idea and threatened FG. Nigerians sat in silence and watch. That's when I knew Nigeria won't progress cos even if all leaders becomes Saints, Nigerians will never stop being corrupt. once the coastal road is completed, Glovo and Chowdeck will use that opportunity to connect farmers with consumers. Majority of the market will close up and food prices will drop by 80%. Farmers will be happy, consumers will be happy. we are getting there, all these nonsense will end soon.

The farmer should tell their children to open a TikTok account for them so that they can start marketing their goods online, then sell directly to consumers. Thereby bypassing the middleman that is stopping them from selling and making their profit

See I’ve been expecting something like this for long , farmers are suffering and I’m an example . Imagine fish 🐠 farming , after you’ve spent a lot for catfish and you’re about to harvests , if you don’t have customer to pick it up that time . It’s a big deal . I sold on credit because feeding fish is war at that time cox they eat a bag of 9mm in a day . Imagine how many they gonna feed on in a month . This people will come wnana carry on credit and they goons be paying peanut 🥜, imagine packing fish of 4m without paying up to 500k . After 48 hours , they gonna start complaining and pay 30% if your actual money . They gonna pay small small and you’ll be begging them to pay . They gonna say market is dull but if you go to their workshop where they sell the fish , they don sell yours finish and they’re using your money to buy from others . Fear them
