@kalejunkie HIGH PROTEIN CHICKEN CRUST CAESAR SALAD PIZZA, one of my favorite ways to up my protein for the day without a heavy pizza crust—use ground chicken as your base instead. You’ll stay fuller longer too…what a concept 😏 You can make your caesar dressing from scratch or just use store-bought to save time, which is exactly what I did on this day, but not to worry, I included my high protein homemade dressing recipe for you here too, just look below! 35g protein per serving if serving 4 and 70g protein per serving if serving 2! 💪 ⁣ ⁣ SAVE this post, SHARE with your friends, and be sure to FOLLOW ME @kalejunkie for more easy, protein forward recipes like this!⁣ ⁣ Makes 4 servings⁣ For the chicken crust:⁣ 1 lb ground chicken (93/7)⁣ 2 eggs⁣ 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese⁣ 2 tsp Italian seasoning⁣ 1 tsp kosher salt⁣ 1/2 tsp ground black pepper⁣ 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes⁣ ⁣ Salad:⁣ 4 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped⁣ 1 cup croutons of choice⁣ 3 tablespoons ranch dressing of choice (store-bought or homemade)⁣ 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese⁣ ⁣ My homemade high protein caesar dressing (you will have extra):⁣ 1 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt⁣ 1 tb dijon mustard⁣ 1 anchovy or 1 tb Worcestershire sauce⁣ 1 lemon, juiced⁣ 3 cloves garlic⁣ 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese⁣ 1/2 tsp kosher salt⁣ 1/2 tsp ground black pepper⁣ ⁣ Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Add all of the ingredients to make the crust to a large bowl. Mix until well-combined. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet. Using clean hands, press the ingredients into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. If the mixture is sticky, just add a little oil to the palm of your hands before working the mixture together. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and if there is any liquid in the pan when you pull it out, carefully pour it out. Set the pan aside. While the crust is in the oven, prepare the salad. Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss with your desired dressing. Transfer the salad on top of the crust, cut and enjoy!
