My iron (7) and ferritin are low, I take supplements for a while but improvement remains low, they don’t improve a lot also not stabilize, if I stop supplements they drop,, that effects my energy, hair and skin. I was trying for a while but since I remember I have anemia. What should I do?!

Growplex is just a little more moisturizing. It’s still alcohol based and has irritating ingredients like come on. It’s so ridiculously expensive too and you have to pay for 3 months at a time
