I had a trauma patient who went through barbed wire on an ATV and was mangled. You’re lucky that didn’t decapitate you. You need to sue. The fact that it still looked like the path and no warning signs that is 100% a trap.

what's messed up is the land owner just recently put that up. you can clearly see there is a trail that has been ridden down many times. I understand if its private land and they dont want people riding on it but atleast put up a sign or something to be seen. that barbed wire is basically invisible while riding. Lucky it didn't kill you.

Even if this was put up by the landowner as a "fence" to keep people off of their property, they were clearly trying to hurt someone. A single strand of barbed wire at the exact height to behead someone on a bike is pretty fucking suspicious.

Sure that might be someone’s property but that is highly illegal to set a wire fence at head height like that without marking it with flags and signs. I’ve heard stories of people getting decapitated from unmarked wire. It is extremely hard to see when you are moving that fast.
