Try not crossing your legs so much, lay flat on your back and put your legs up for at least 20 mins a day. It could be lack of blood flow

Omg I have this! No one takes it seriously! I was told after mri I could have. Tear but they were not sure and that it was just arthritis in my knee! I may get it checked again. That was 6 years ago Nd it's still there and still hurts
