This should be shown in congress. This is a total abuse of his position. The policeman involved should have his pay reinstated. Police get a bad rap for their behaviour and he was penalised for following his own department rules. The old boys club came down heavy on him so as not to upset their superiors. No one is above the law and this shows that they are. Disgraceful behaviour
