Most of the MOT guys are only targeting private cars ….. plus a lot of faulty traffic lights some jam each others and some start from 150mins is crazy, traffic lights is to minimize accidents and traffic but some traffic lights in Enugu do the opposite, you will see the road free and flowing when the traffic lights is off…. Especially the one from zik avenue and Agbani road …. Its just a trap 🪤
